These terms govern your use of Praxix, a context engineering platform for use with Claude Code, and Praxix Remote, the companion service for supervising live sessions from your phone.
Praxix is licensed, not sold. Your subscription is your license to use the desktop application. The desktop keeps working through your paid period; after that it locks until you renew. Your data remains on your machine either way.
You are responsible for your own Anthropic account and for any usage incurred through Claude Code while running Praxix. Praxix does not proxy, store, or forward your code or context to our servers.
Praxix Remote uses an end-to-end encrypted relay. We cannot read the messages that pass through it.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim arises.
