Praxix runs locally on your Mac. Your code, your repositories, your Claude Code sessions, and your personal library of skills, references, rules, and notes stay on your machine. We do not collect, transmit, or store your project data.
Praxix Remote pairs your phone to your desktop over an end-to-end encrypted relay. The relay forwards messages between your devices but cannot read them; we cannot read them either.
Praxix Teams touches only what you choose to share, and shares it end-to-end encrypted: when a Context Creator publishes a skill, rule, or reference to a team, their machine seals it before upload, our infrastructure stores and relays only ciphertext it cannot read, and only team members’ machines hold the keys to open it. We couldn’t read your team’s content if we wanted to. What we can see is the metadata needed to run the feature: team names, member email addresses and roles, and item names, types, and versions. Deleting a shared item — or a whole company — permanently deletes its content from our storage. Nothing else in your library is ever uploaded.
We retain only what is required to operate your subscription: your email address and your subscription state, which we get from Stripe. Payments are handled by Stripe — your card details live with Stripe, never with us. We do not sell or share your information.
If you hit a bug and choose to send us a diagnostic report, it is encrypted on your machine to a support key before it is uploaded — our servers store only ciphertext they cannot read. We decrypt a report only to work your issue, and only on a support machine, never on our servers. Reports are automatically deleted after 45 days. What stays readable is what we need to respond right away: the summary you write in the report form, your contact email if you give one, and version and timestamp details.
This site runs no analytics and no ad trackers.
If you cancel, your data stays on your machine. Nothing is held hostage on our end.
